Teaching the Continuous Improvement habit via games: a video from a recent Lean workshop.

Based on Boris Glogner’s Scrum Ball Point Game.

We played 6 rounds of 1 minute, with (a bit more than) 1 minute’s improvement Hansei in between.

By the end, the team ran out of balls – they dropped 4 out of the 60 we had, but successfully delivered all the rest within the minute.
