Chuck Cobb has an excellent upcoming book that very effectively argues for appropriately selecting the level of Agility that a project needs.
It’s also a non-judgemental introduction to Agile for people from a traditional/PMP® background, appealing to those of us who believe in project management as a fundamentally pragmatic discipline, not a dogmatic one.
How do I know it’s this good? I was a reviewer on it.
It’s not out until February, but you can order it now from Amazon. (PS Amazon/Wiley – I’d like it on my Kindle please!)
